Organic and "strictly high grown" - this is some of the best coffee to come out of the Oaxaca region of Mexico. It makes a flavorful, medium-bodied cup.

The humidity and altitude present in the La Cañada region of Oaxaca, Mexico, create ideal conditions for growing coffee, and it shows in the cup. Interestingly, the majority of La Cañada farmers, pickers, and processing workers still speak the indigenous language of the region!
