The coffees that built Pegasus, our classics are still in style after 40 years. These long-standing customer favorites have become synonymous with our brand and the Seattle-area coffee scene we helped pioneer.
Our new line of rotating single-origin coffees always score 86 to 90+ on the cupping table and represent the full range of flavor profiles from around the world. Try them all and discover which coffee profile you love.
We’ve been hand-roasting small batches of high-quality Arabica coffee in the Seattle area since 1979.
Pioneers from the beginning, we introduced the European-style Coffee House to the region at our first store on Bainbridge Island in 1980. Shortly thereafter, we made history when we opened the very first coffee bar in downtown Seattle.
Over the years, our innovative spirit and dedication to the roasting craft have led to the unique, delicious blends and single-origin coffees – and the loyal customer following – we are still known for today.

Commitment to Quality
Pegasus Coffee is committed to consistently producing great-tasting coffee of excellent quality. We source only high-grown, specialty-grade arabica coffee. We select beans with flavor in mind from highly sought-after origins, and pay well-above-average prices that support a sustainable standard of living for farmers. We roast everything we sell to order, by hand and in small batches, perform regular taste-checks, and will not ship anything that does not meet our quality, freshness and flavor standards.
